The EAD Energy site does not offer any online sales. It presents a selection of products and allows professionals to submit a quote request to Roasia Distribution. These terms govern the use of the site.

The purpose of the site is to present the catalogue of solar, storage and air conditioning solutions distributed by Roasia Distribution, and to facilitate contact with interested installers and professionals. No order, payment or sales contract can be concluded directly on the site.

Access to the site is free and open. Certain information (indicative pricing, detailed technical sheets) is reserved for partner installers with credentials. Roasia Distribution reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse.

3. Quote requests

Requests submitted via the site's forms do not constitute an order. They lead to the preparation of a personalised quote, which is the sole contractual document between Roasia Distribution and the professional. The information provided must be accurate; the user is responsible for its accuracy.

4. Product information

The characteristics, images and descriptions of the products are provided for informational purposes only. They may change without notice in line with technical updates from manufacturers. Only the specifications shown on the signed quote are binding.
