Cookie policy
This policy describes the cookies and trackers used on the EAD Energy site, published by Roasia Distribution, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), the ePrivacy directive and the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your browser, memorise certain information and ensure the proper operation of the services offered.
2. Our approach: only strictly necessary cookies
The EAD Energy site does not use any advertising cookies, any third-party audience measurement cookies, nor any tracking or profiling cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site are placed. In accordance with Article 82 of the French "Informatique et Libertés" law and CNIL guidelines, these cookies are exempt from consent.
3. Inventory of cookies used
| Name | Issuer | Purpose | Category | Duration | Consent required |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
ead_gate | ead-energie.com (internal) | Maintain the installer portal session (display of professional pricing after authentication). | Strictly necessary | Session (until logout or 30 days maximum) | No |
__lovable_* / hosting cookies | Lovable / Cloudflare (host) | Security, request routing, abuse prevention (application firewall). | Strictly necessary | Session to 12 months | No |
Local storage (localStorage) | ead-energie.com (internal) | Memorising display preferences (e.g. state of expanded sections). No personal data is stored. | Strictly necessary | Persistent until cleared by the user | No |
No third-party cookies such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar or equivalent are placed. If such tools were to be added in the future, a CNIL-compliant consent banner would be put in place beforehand and this page updated.
4. Managing cookies from your browser
You can delete or block cookies placed on your device at any time via your browser settings. Please note: disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent access to the installer portal and degrade the operation of the site.
5. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. For more details, see our GDPR notice and our privacy policy.
For any question relating to cookies: contact@ead-energie.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL ( www.cnil.fr).
